Can we do the Build without the Audit?

Rarely. The Build installs the roadmap the Audit produces. If you have a comparable assessment from another firm we will review it and tell you whether it is enough to build from.

Who does the work inside our firm?

We do the building; your team does the deciding. Expect roughly one hour a week from an owner or office manager for sign-offs.

What happens after the ten weeks?

You own everything. Many firms move to the Founding Retainer so the controls stay current as tools and rules change.

Do you replace our software?

Only when a tool cannot be made defensible. We fence before we replace.
