What we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

1. What we collect

When you take the Defend Score, we collect your answers, your score, tier, and segment, and, if you choose to request your results, your email address. When you book a call, we collect your name, email, and the details you choose to share. When you email us, we keep the correspondence. We do not collect payment card numbers on this site; payments are handled by our payment processor under its own safeguards.

2. Why we collect it

To deliver your Defend Score results and the short email series that explains them. To prepare for and follow up on calls you book. To improve the assessment and our services. To send occasional notes from Iron Lion, which you can stop at any time.

3. Where it lives

Your information is stored in our customer relationship system, GrowthHub365, which runs on the LeadConnector platform, under that provider's security safeguards. Our email and calendar providers process the messages and bookings you send us. We choose service providers that maintain recognized security practices and we limit what we share with them to what the service requires.

4. What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with anyone outside our service providers except when the law requires it or you ask us to. We do not use your answers to the Defend Score for anything other than delivering and improving the assessment.

5. Cookies and remembering your score

This site sets a small cookie that remembers your Defend Score and tier so you do not have to retake the assessment when you return, and so links in our emails can bring you back to the right next step. It contains your score and tier only, no personal identifiers. We use no advertising trackers. You can clear the cookie in your browser at any time; the only effect is that the site will offer you the assessment again.

6. Your controls

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email privacy@ironlionaiconsulting.com and we will respond within ten business days. If you are a resident of a state with a consumer privacy law, those rights apply and we honor them the same way.

7. Children

This site is for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it, and material changes will be noted here. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
